murderer in Boise, Idaho made a deal and he's going to serve for life sentences without parole and didn't get the

death penalty. Some of the family members are upset. Others are not. Prosecutor's plea bargain.

It would have been, I think, an open and shut case for conviction. It might not have been an open and

shut case for the death penalty.

You never know what jurors will think on that.

Sometimes jurors just hold out against the death penalty.

In any event, fate accompli, guilty plea, no explanation for why he did it and what the motive was.

Hard to believe somebody who was just 4 o'clock, 3 o'clock in the

morning, walk into a dormant murder for innocent, beautiful, wonderful people like that. But
