If you have access to the mind of Christ, then you should know something other

people don't know. And if you know something other people don't know, then you should

be anointed with the spirit of wisdom and revelation and the knowledge of God so that you can

become the person people go to for

answers, not just crazy Pentecostal conspiracy theories, but actual answers

on what's going on in the earth. And what I've learned is that parables are word stories,

their stories are pictures and that if you can get a picture that captures a biblical idea,

you've increased your spiritual IQ by 10 points on the subject.

If you can draw something on a napkin, it's kind of like the plan of salvation,

if you can illustrate to somebody that well this is this is you right now and you're

trying to reach out to God but you can't reach out the God because God is over here in infinite holiness and in glory,

and this thing is sin.

This sin is separated from you and God.

But what God has done is he has sent his son as a bridge.

If you will step across by faith, you can be reconciled to God because Jesus himself died to

fill the gap.

If you knew how to do that with a pen and a napkin, you could share the gospel at three minutes at Dunkin

Donuts.
