We're really excited that we are back again with another Squiggly Careers Skill Sprint. Over 25,000 people have learnt with us on our sprint and we'd love you to come and learn with us in January. We are going to be learning like lobsters. And the reason this matters is because learning has never been more important at work, but it's also never felt harder to do. And we think that lobsters are the

role models that we've all been missing. So sign up for the sprint at squigglyprint.com,

and you'll join a community of people who all get to learn like a lobster and overcome those

barriers that are getting in the way of their growth. Hi, I'm Helen. And I'm Sarah. And this is the Squiggly Careers podcast where every week we borrow

0:40.5

some brilliance and relate it to you in your role and in your career to give you some ideas,

0:45.5

some insights, some things that you can take action with to invest in your development.

0:49.7

And today is a bit of a special episode. I think this is one that we've done for the past few years.

It's where Sarah and I do a bit of a year in review. And we use some questions to support our

1:01.1

reflections, questions that we think are useful for everybody. But to bring those questions to

1:05.2

live, we will talk them through. We will do our year in review with you. And our focus for this year review is going to be on high, low learning. So we've got several different questions. We're going to share our answers. So I think if you were a fan and a follower of squiggly careers, you're probably going to get to hear some of the stuff behind the scenes. Behind the scenes. The squiggly behind the scenes. For better for worse. Yeah, you're going to get the real thing.

But I think if you're not a fan, don't worry.

1:30.7

There are several questions here that we would suggest that you either reflect for yourself on your year. Or ideally, you do this with someone else. You do it in a team. You do it with a bit of a learning buddy. I think it kind of just creates a nicer learning environment

1:44.4

if you can use these questions with other people.

1:46.7

But it's going to be chatty, a bit informal. Sarah and I have not shared our answers with each other. I've got a cup of tea. Sarah's in a room where there's a really loud guy talking outside. So, you know, it's... And she's too scared to go and say, can you please talk quieter? I mean, you can't.
