I would say 23 has left me hungry, but every day I'm thankful for getting to do this.

And I'm working hard to remember to slow down now and then and reflect and be grateful for just

how awesome the day to day is. Because racing will always be up and down. And if you're completely a slave to the highs and lows,

it's going to be a pretty rough ride.

And so sitting back and kind of appreciating it for all of its aspects

is something that I want to continue to work on and try to keep in mind.
