Hello, hello, my sweet.

Oh, it's so good to be here with you today.

I think that especially on topics like what I'm going to discuss today, it is important to stay connected.

Women get isolated. We suffer in silence and we kind of

wobble through the darkness on our own. We make our way out, maybe not as quickly or as

consciously as we could when we are together. I am currently in New Orleans. I have left my beloved Italy temporarily

in the summer, no less, to show up in person. There are some things that are important for me to do

in the States and one. I had some in-person business meetings and also had a chance

to visit some friends as a result. And my niece is potentially wanting to go to Tulane University.

So I'm here in New Orleans and, yeah, exploring all of that with her and you know always an excuse

I'll take any excuse to come to New Orleans the food here is just one of a kind but that is not

today's subject today's subject is I want to do a personal share and reveal because I think that we've learned

through stories and I think that there's a chance that someone listening, maybe you, is going

through something similar and if this helps you feel less alone and more guided than that is

my prayer and intention.

Speaking of, why don't we just start with a prayer, shall we? Let's just all close our eyes,

breathe, anchor in, and be reminded that we are never in this alone,

that spirit, the quantum, the cosmos, the universe, God is always, always within us, around us,

holding us, loving us, and guiding us.

And dear God, we pray today over all humans, over humanity,

that every hurting heart would be made whole, that every person feeling lost or alone

would feel your warmth, your love, your power, your strength,
