I want to tell you about a woman named Brenda. She's one of the greatest

examples of an encourager that I know and Brenda works as a trainer at a

nearby gym.

And she is one of the sweet encourages in my life.

Now this is an area where I really, really need encouragement.

And everything that she has me do when I go there,

I try once or twice a week when I'm in town

to go and have her help me.

Everything she has me do is stuff, well, most everything

that I could actually do on my own at my house.

She doesn't use a lot of machines and stuff. She uses basically you're working with your own body and you know what you do there.

Anyway, the biggest reason I go to the gym and pay her to work with me on this is one word and it's the word encouragement.

Brenda helps me press through my inertia like I dread going I don't look forward to it

but I always feel so good afterwards she gets me up and going she helps me get past
