Summary

Penelope and her mom live in a small apartment, so they can only choose the tiniest Christmas tree from a sidewalk seller. But when they get it home, the tree starts to magically grow! The tree bursts through each floor of her neighbors’ apartments, and soon Penelope gets to celebrate all the different holidays of the season!
