So Doug, I always like to share with people beforehand whether the guest is a friend or just

someone we've brought in who's an expert. So it explains why with my friends,

which you are one, why I can't be so mean to you for the next 45 minutes.

And it was one of those great moments of working together in the White House,

where Doug was introduced to Boris Yeltsin and Bill Clinton said to President Yeltsin,
