Say, look at me, I'm struggling and I'm so anxiety-ridden and figuratively, I feel like I'm sweating blood.

That's how heavy and hard and I don't have what it takes, and I can't cut it.

And if we can reframe our thinking through the lens of the gospel and be reminded that

struggle is not always the sign of weakness.

It's often the outcome of faithfulness.

actually my very first guest when this podcast started back in 2016, so it's really good to have him back.

Jason is a writer and a speaker who encourages families and equips churches in their

foster care and adoption journeys. He wants to help them find hope and the support they need

along the way. He is married to Emily, and together they have four daughters and are licensed

foster parents. And he also

serves as the director of church ministry initiatives with Christian Alliance for Orphans.
