Good morning and welcome back to another episode of the Southern Tea. Welcome, Kristen. I missed all of you guys last week, but I truly just needed a week to sit and reflect.

Hello, Lindsay, Chrissly. Oh, my reflection week honestly didn't go as well as what I thought it was going to go.

I don't really feel like you had time to reflect this past week.

Um, I am going to dub this episode as more of a reflective episode, um, over maybe like the last

couple of years of my life. Um, maybe it's just current. I'm not really sure,

but there were a couple of quotes that I saw. And I want to like individually go through them

and just talk about how they relate to my personal life. The first one was I've learned three

lessons so far this year to leave people where they're at, accept situations for what they are,

and not every action needs a reaction. All of these lessons have been very hard lessons for me to

learn. Yeah, I would agree. I'm currently in the learning phase of not every action needs a reaction, and it's really hard, really hard.

I struggle with each of these three things for my whole life to leave people where they're at.

I think I do a good job of avoidance, which might not always be the best thing, but also I'm not a good

lever in general. Like, I always revisit situations or people, and I don't really know why I do it.
