So Alex, let's start by telling listeners what it takes to make this show.

The process actually begins with pitching. It just begins with throwing ideas out there.

And then we actually have to take those ideas and book the people we want on the show.

We're taping these interviews with people in studio, sometimes going out to them in the field.

And then our producers put their headphones on and they start cutting this massive thing down.

And then editors like Alex on our show are actually listening back to it and making sure what we're cutting is working.

And then we ship it off to you, the listeners. And before you know it, it's in your ears and your podcast feeds and on your radio.

We're a bike hostel team, so we're always sending each other messages and emails, picking up the phone, talking nonstop to get this done.

So many emails.

And slacks.
