Francis Fry is a Harvard Business School professor.

She examines how leaders create the conditions for organizations and individuals to thrive through strategy, operations and culture.

And she put her research into practice by taking a hiatus from Harvard Business School

to be the senior vice president for leadership and strategy at Uber.

She's also the author of two books, Unleashed and Uncommon Service.
