Hi, this is Jonathan Messager, and I'm here today because a lot of you have been

writing in with lots of really great questions and concerns about what's

happening with the show. And I'm here to answer that question right now.

Good. Yes, thank you, Peabop. So for the last three years, we've produced an

episode a week for almost every week, sometimes too a week, but we haven't been

able to do that this year because I have something called pneumonia.

Numonia, Jonathan, is that an alien?

No, it's not an alien. It's just like a virus that lives in your lungs. And for me,

that means it's been very hard for me to record because if I speak for more than

like 10 seconds, I start coughing like crazy. It's true. It's really gross.

Yeah, it is. Even this right now, what we are recording, it's taken like seven

takes to get this right. Yeah, it's super annoying.

I agree, Peabop. The good news is, is no big deal. And come next week, I'll have full

lung capacity power, and we'll be able to rip through the rest of the season.

And I'm just so sorry that we've been so inconsistent. That's been one of the

things that we've prided ourselves on is always making sure we have great stories

for all of our amazing listeners. And it's killed me that we haven't been able to do that

this season. Maybe we should just do bebop tales.
