I'm looking back on life, thinking this has been a crazy ride,

so I feel like I've just begun now, so I feel pretty good.

Brett Eldridge grew up in the rural town of Paris, Illinois,

and cut his teeth in Nashville's many honky tonks.

He won a coveted CMA Award for Best New Artist in 2014 and is toured with Taylor Swift,

Keith Urban, Marin Morris, and Darius Rucker.

Released last week, his new album Sunday Drive features this song called Good

Day, which puts the listener back in Brett's chilly Midwest environment and amps up the

optimism, even during a bleak winter morning.

It's 42 cold and rainy, and something's got me thinking maybe. It gonna be a good day i don't know why but it feels like

love's coming my way and the sun ain't even shining it the world gonna keep on spinning let it keep spinning on my way.

I got a feeling.

It's going to be a good day.
