0:50.1	something a little bit different. I am going to talk about an important
0:55.0	mindset that we need as parents, ideally, that will help us a lot. And I'm also
1:01.3	going to offer at least one specific example because I know that helps to
1:06.5	explain what I'm talking about. When I'm asked about one important thing that I
1:13.0	could share with parents, one important recommendation, this is one that
1:19.0	comes to mind. Another one that comes to mind is Let Feelings B, which I talk
1:23.7	about a lot because that is such a challenge for us. But this one is more of an
1:28.1	overall perspective. Okay so the mindset is for us to rise tall into our power as
1:39.3	parents to believe in and embody our power. The power differential between us and
1:47.2	our children is enormous. And for our children it actually needs to be because if
1:54.9	we can imagine being a tiny new person in the world, for them to feel that they
2:02.0	are overwhelming for us, that their behavior has the power to regularly upset
