Summary

These are the things we use up and love so much we buy them again. We swap our "empties" across food, personal care, makeup, and cleaning products. We hope you find a new favorite to try!

For Friends of the Show we think back to childhood and share our generational empties: the products we remember our family using, and maybe still use!

Plus, Erica gives us an update on her breast cancer treatment.

0:56.7

Okay. I think my place of comfort is to find something I love and stick with it. I do not love making

1:03.1

decisions. So I love eliminating those decisions. And I love just feeling like, I know what shampoo I use.

1:08.9

Like you're dialed in. Yeah, I feel good. And then when I

1:11.7

feel good about it. However, I like to try something new here and there. Like, I don't like to be

1:16.3

mixing it all up across the board all the time, but I feel like if I've got some, if I've got my

1:21.8

team lined up, then I feel comfortable to try something new. I especially love a personal recommendation.

1:28.5

You know from friends or like from book club, if they know you, if they've used it and loved it.

1:33.6

I'm not so much tempted by an ad or something because I'm like, eh, you're just trying to convince me,

1:39.1

but a personal recommendation.

1:40.9

And then if you find something new that you love, that's a thrill.

1:44.6

So yeah. Very true. Okay. Yeah. I typically like to try new things except for things that work

really well for like and those I stick with for good or at least for a good long while until
