And I think this is something that all of you that are listening can benefit from, especially if you're in a position of leadership or some form of management. I feel like a lot of people don't necessarily understand the value of what it is to be able to lead and guide a

team. Being able to lead and guide a team is something that's so imperative to your success in

business. If you aren't capable of doing that, you are going to have a very bad time getting

something going for yourself because there's going to come a point in time in your business

where you're going to realize that you cannot operate in every single

freaking part of your business.

It's like there's departments, right?

And so for me, man, I like I have somebody here who's a phenomenal leader.

She's a leader in her space and what she does.

And she do have a team, right?

I do.

Yes.

So like she's been doing this, guys.
