So you know how I feel about Attorney General Letitia James.

I don't think that she is looking out for me or you. I don't

know her. The times that I've seen her in public, she has been articulate, but a very committed left-wing individual. Nothing wrong with that. The people vote are in, they vote are in.

But I think this whole Trump thing is ridiculous and I have said that quite clearly

we'll do another short segment tonight on the national front here on the Trump situation

Why he's doing what he's doing in a courtroom, but it came across my desk today that Ms James is putting

under covers in the real estate industry throughout New York with an emphasis on Long Island and she's

spending three million dollars of tax money on the undercover effort. Now why would she do that?

Because the state of New York believes that red lining is still going on.

That is that real estate agents, some of them, probably a very small percentage are refusing to sell to minorities and that's against law.

So in New York State everybody has to get treated the same when

you go to buy a house or rent a room. Okay and that's the way it should be. Absolutely should be. So when I grew up in

Levitt Town, it was redlining there. The Levitt brothers who built that massive suburban housing

project wouldn't sell to minorities, blacks, they wouldn't sell them.

And that was horrible, absolutely horrible.
