When you just give someone your attention,

it's almost like a form of love or validation

that's just as like, I see you.

And that's something we've talked about in our marketing.

Just acknowledging them.

So that's the key right there,

which is realizing that all of the people who make our work possible are not me.

I'm the creator but all of these people are the ones who are supporting it and so I need

to go all in on those people while still staying true to who I am and what our message is.

And if you can do that, then you're really powerful.

It takes one free person to create change.
