The title of that book that we talked about was the case of the murderous

Dr. Cream, The Hunt for a Victorian era serial killer. And it was just published this year 2021.

But I'm delighted to have him back to talk about an earlier book that he wrote back in 2015.

Title of that book is Empire of Deception, The Incredible Story of a Master Swindler

who seduced a city and captivated the nation.

And that book currently has 243 five-star reviews.

Professor Dean Job is an awarding author, author, journalist, and a professor at the University

of King's College in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he teaches in the Master of Fine Arts

and Creative Nonfiction Program.

He's the author of eight books.

Some of his other titles are Daring, Devious, and Deadly, true tales of crime and justice from Nova Scotia's past.

That was published in 2020.
