We hope you're having a beautiful, wonderful, happy start to your week.

Denise and I wanted to talk about looking at your empathy and your intuition as a superpower.

You know, people will often say to us empath stuff like, oh, you're so sensitive or, oh, you're so

touchy. And we know that it can be hard to be an empath, empath stuff like, oh, you're so sensitive or, oh, you're so touchy. And we know that it can

be hard to be an empath, to feel everything so strongly, to sense the subtle energies beneath

the surface, to be a human lie detector. But today, we're flipping the script on what it means

to be an empath, because, you know, for too long,

being an empath has been painted with a brush of overwhelm, exhaustion, and feeling like

you're just carrying the weight of the world. But we want to remind you this week that being an

empath is a superpower. Your intuition, your deep sensitivity, your ability to truly feel the world around you,

these are incredible gifts that when understood and nurtured can lead to a life of profound

connection, joy, and purpose.

And what's interesting is when we started this podcast way back when empath wasn't a common word and it's become

over the years for some very much a hair toss I'm an empath I can't deal with that or I'm too

empathic and that's not what we're talking about we're talking about when you pick up other people's

energy when you just absorb it when you feel it at such a depth.

It's about having that heightened sense of perception and the intuitive antenna that

picks up on the subtleties and the unspoken feelings and the true vibrational essence of people
