The emotionally help, we were not emotionally healthy when we got married. We were very, very

emotionally unhealthy. You know, love is an emotional commodity and you're not

going to be able to love each other better than your emotions will allow.

And if you're damaged, if you have low self-esteem, if you're, you know, abused and you haven't

forgiven, whatever it is.

But the habits of Emotionally Healthy people,

when you find a person who's emotionally healthy

They they talk they pray and they talk and they were able to resolve negative feelings and have fun together.
