| 0:40.1 | Michelle and you're listening to a feminine impression. I wanted to talk today |
| 0:46.5 | about something that's necessary for you as a woman. To love, to confront, and to manage your emotions. |
| 0:57.0 | You know, one thing I've realized is that we don't really know people in terms of their private pain. |
| 1:04.8 | Each and every one of us battles deep-seated emotions that are sometimes like a dark cloud |
| 1:10.4 | that just hovers over us. And people don't know, only we do. And sometimes we don't even know because it's been there so long and it's painful. |

| 2:29.4 | meaning that although they feel like they're going to last forever, they don't. |
| 2:35.0 | Whether they're great feelings like excitement, happiness, and joy, |
| 2:40.0 | or negative feelings like sadness, anxiety, pain, emotions will always go. |
| 2:48.6 | And that's why we can't get attached to them. |
| 2:51.4 | Even the good ones, we need to understand that it's a momentary state of |
| 2:56.6 | being, sometimes for a season. Emotions allow us to experience the world fully. |
