0:57.0	Let's see what her question is. Christina asked, how can I tell the difference between my intuition and triggers from past trauma?
1:06.0	That's her main question. How can I tell the difference between my intuition and triggers from past trauma?
1:13.6	Since the age of 18, almost every boyfriend I've had has cheated on me.
1:18.6	And when I was younger, my intuition was strong, and I easily found out that these men were cheating on me.
1:25.6	This has led me to have trust issues with men.
1:29.3	Now, with my current boyfriend,
1:32.3	even simple things like him not answering the phone when I call
1:36.3	or hanging out with his friends or talking to another woman,
1:40.3	all of that triggers me.
1:42.3	He's been patient with me, but if I don't heal this, that I know we won't last.
1:49.1	I know this is not healthy, and I don't want this to be my reality anymore.
1:54.3	I just want to know how to fix these insecurities.
1:57.6	Please help.
1:58.6	It's a good question, because there's intuition. Let's break this up a little
2:03.9	bit. What is intuition? You know, there's intuition in this direct knowing. Intuition is an
2:13.3	embracing of something that's already been set in motion and you could pick up on things that
2:19.4	are good that are going to happen or you pick up on things that may not be so good.
