Well welcome back to the Bill Bennett show. It's the podcast that translates

look at the existential threats to the America we know and love.

One existential threat is the violation of the rule of law,

to decide not to go by the rule of law and fair principle.

Principles laid out the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and that should adhere

in every process taken by the government.

We're going to go in depth today with the Kavanaugh hearings and investigation.

I have a few remarks, thoughts.

Then we'll talk to Byron York, Mark Tieson, and Paul Kangor.

They're all joining us today to give thought and analysis.

Mark Tieson will go broad and deep.

Byron York will go very particular and specific and deep.

And Paul Kangar will talk about the one issue that he thinks is animating all of this opposition

and some of the support. Let me just give a couple

of thoughts and I do this I want you to listen to that closely to me. I'm doing

this before we talk to Mark and Paul and Byron.

Here's the what I think is shaping up with the Kavanaugh hearing and this is what I'm worried about.

I believe him and I'll make the distinction I made Friday night on Fox last week.

Everybody's going around saying both of these people, Dr Ford and Judge Kevin, are believable.

Yes and no.

Emotion, they were both believable.
