| 1:08.1 | It was lots of small things that wouldn't normally be enough to rock a boat on their own, |
| 1:13.4 | like life and work, stress and parenting young children. |
| 1:17.4 | And then a few bigger things happened that year. |
| 1:20.2 | We relocated, moved away from friends, moving house obviously is massively stressful. |
| 1:26.5 | Both my husband and I changed jobs, we were settling kids into new schools, |
| 1:30.4 | like there was lots of change going on. |
| 1:32.2 | And then my husband's father died and what was already a rather precarious house of cards |
| 1:41.0 | all came crashing down and I just felt terrible. |
