So I'm really excited to have here with me Vogue's Hannah Jackson and Emma Specter. Can you both introduce yourselves? I'm Hannah Jackson and I'm a fashion writer at Vogue. I mainly cover celebrity style, but you can also catch me writing about trends and occasionally some culture as well.

I'm Emma Spector. I am a culture writer for Vogue. I occasionally foray into fashion and beauty, but yeah, mostly culture.

So this week on the show, you both had a chance to speak with actor Emma Corrin about

their new film, Deadpool and Wolverine, which actually I've been loving watching their style

on the red carpet.

So I'm excited to hear all about that.

Obviously, we've had a huge week in American politics.

I am like completely energized by the potential for Kamala Harris to be

the U.S.'s first female president. I don't know about how you guys are feeling, but what's the vibe

there? Because we can feel the energy from across the war. I think that we're all feeling

cautiously optimistic over here, and it's exciting

to have a candidate that we feel like we can maybe rally around. I think we're all just kind of

waiting to see what will happen next. Something that I'm confronting online is the question of whether

a candidate has to be perfect to win your vote.

And I think the answer is no, especially given what we're up against.

Having been the editor of vote.com, I know what it means to have news like this drop on a Sunday.

And I'm wondering what that meant for your Sundays.

Did this ruin your weekend as far as having to race to your

computers and report on what was going on? Chima, thank you for asking. You know the vibes.

I was at the lake. I was enjoying my life peacefully. Joe Biden dropped out on a Sunday,

personally to get me away from the lake. It's a conspiracy. And then I
