When discussing the suspension in the Lotus, I say that there is two suspensions, the sport and touring and the only difference is the tires and the alignment.

That is not correct. The spring rates are slightly different and the shock valve is slightly different.

There is about a 5% difference in spring rate and the shocks are tuned sportier as well. They are both the same hardware just adjusted slightly differently.

The reason I was wrong is because I asked the Lotus PR person directly what the difference is and they told me exactly what I said.
