My name's Andrew. I'm here to calm your mind and help you relax into a peaceful night's sleep.

I'm going to do that by reading you a story.

Tonight I'll be reading Chapter 9 of Emily of New Moon by L. M. Montgomery.

In the last chapter, Emily went to school for the first time.

Tonight's story will be one of inspiring poetry, new friendships and secret letters.

First, let's make sure we're ready to fall asleep.

If you haven't already, find a nice place to get cozy.

Might be in your chair, in your bed, or elsewhere.

Make sure your body is resting and whatever way feels most relaxed.

Sitting up, laying down, eyes open or eyes closed.

We all fall asleep in our own way and in our own time.

So while you're on your path to sleep, all you'll need to do is follow the sound of my voice.

So now let your eyes fall heavy and your breath soften as we settle in for a peaceful night's sleep.
