Let's start here. Tim Conley is leaving the Nevernuggets. He has agreed to a five-year,

$40 million deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, much expected, finally official as of Monday afternoon, first reported by Adrian Woznarowski of ESPN, not surprisingly, and then confirmed by John Krasinski and

Sean Shcherania of the Athletic.

The important thing, I think, to note here more than anything else, honestly, is this was the big takeaway from the athletic story.

This deal pays Tim Connolly twice what he was making with the Denver Nuggets.
