And Chip, we have some breaking news in Austin, Texas,

with Steve Sarkegee announcing redshirt freshman quarterback,

Quinn Ewers will be the Longhorn starter

for the 2022 season.

Chip, let's get right into it.

This had, how did everything unfold with Friday's announcement?

Well, it was crazy because we talked to Steve Sarkesian yesterday, being Thursday, and

he said, quote, he was asked if he had a starting quarterback.

He said, I have a pretty good idea, but I want to give these guys an opportunity to compete.

So that's what we'll do.

Between that press conference, there was one practice this morning,

and Steve Sarkesian was not scheduled to talk to the media.

We had a player availability.

We talked to Christian Jones on the offensive line,

Keandre Coburn on the defensive line,

and Jatavian Sanders, the tight end.

And as everyone, the media were packing up some of the TV stations that already started leaving,
