And we have just heard the NASCAR decision, easy for me to say,

that Austin Dylan will be stripped of his playoff eligibility,

basically creating, you know, what was the old sort

of encumbered win, so to speak.

We thought we were done with the word encumbered, but it's sort of back in a sense.

NASCAR decided that Austin Dillon at the end of the Richmond race crossed a line.

We don't really have specifics on what that line is.

We'll talk about that.

So they let him keep the win.

They take him out of the playoffs.

They dock him 25 points.

They also suspend his spotter of Reckham fame, Brandon Banesh for three races.

And Joey Lugano, $50,000 fine for the pit road incident where he

almost runs over some people and does a burnout next to some of the RCR people.

So we're here to react to that just to get our thoughts sort of in the moment as this has all

been unfolding.

We've just heard that RCR is going to appeal this.

They put out a statement saying Richard,

Richard Childers Racing is very disappointed in NASCAR's penalty against the number

three team.
