breaking down the massive blockbuster trade that went down today between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cleveland Browns.

This is one that I thought that Miles Garrett could be traded and I did not

suspect that it would happen today or that it would be the Los Angeles Rams, although

I think we should know that any time there's a blockbuster move that happens,

it's a good chance that happens in the NFC West and a good chance that one of the most

active teams and one of the most brash teams out there from the top down is the Los

Angeles Rams that would have the opportunity to make a move like this and what a move it is.

And so let's lay it out first.

I'm sure everyone watching and listening to this podcast knows by now what happened with the big blockbuster NFL trade that went down on Monday, June 1st that saw Miles Garrett on his way to the Cleveland Browns.

Here are the official terms.

According to the Browns official social media platform,

the Los Angeles Rams received reigning defensive player of the year and sackmaster,

Miles Garrett, 23 sacks last year, more than the San Francisco 49ers team that had 20 combined.

All, and it's a serious package that the Rams sent for Miles Garrett here.
