0:52.2	about three minutes before 7 a.m. my time. And I'm thinking, this is the last three minutes in life where ostensibly it's not okay to lie to pregnant people. And it's not okay to exclude people from this country based only on their religion. But Jessica, here we are.
1:10.5	Yeah. So real quick, let's tell our listeners
1:13.2	what happened. So like we said, today was a terrible day at the court, right? We got two really bad
1:17.8	decisions. The first in Nifflavivisera, which is the Crisis Pregnancy Center or fake clinics case,
1:24.1	and we're going to talk about that. That was a five to four decision where the court
1:27.6	struck down some pretty reasonable California notice requirements on those clinics. And then the other
1:32.7	is the travel ban. And that's another five to four decision. This time Justice Roberts wrote the
1:38.0	majority. I have thoughts on that. And it said effectively that, yeah, the president can decide to
1:42.7	just ban folks from Muslim countries and call it a day.
1:47.6	So really what first comes to mind is whither Merrick Garland.
1:54.3	Wherefore are bad, Merrick Garland?
1:56.6	Because say what you will about Merrick Garland being more of a centrist than, you know, a diehard, Sotomayor, social justice warrior justice.
2:05.1	But we all know that had Merrick Garland been confirmed to the Supreme Court, we would not be in this position.
