For a source, the commanders, Dan Snyder has agreed to a 6.05 billion dollar deal with Josh Harris to sell the team.

Six billion dollars to sell the team per source. The deal is fully financed, but it is not exclusive and it's not signed yet.

We were recording this at 6.19 p.m. on Thursday, April 13th. Obviously the major of podcasts is such that this could all change. I expected to happen soon.

Does this lead to window open for somebody to come in and come over the top? Sure, I'm not expecting that and keep this in mind everybody.

Josh Harris, I told you this, owns a little piece of the Steelers. Steelers are owned by the Roonies. The Roonies and the Mara's run the lead.

I do not expect Lucie to pull away the football on this because while they may not have votes to get anybody out, they also need votes to approve this thing.

You need 24 owners to approve a sale. I think if you try to pull the football out from Charlie Brown on this, you're not going to get 24 people to approve it.

That's why I think for all the consternation and the weird language, this is a massive, massive financial transaction that lawyers are probably going to pull over every detail, but I firmly believe this thing is almost done.
