So, okay, we wake up this morning and we read in the Washington Post that North Korea has

successfully produced a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit inside its missile.

So I think we should talk a little bit about the context here, sort of the key elements

of creating a nuclear weapon.

So we know that they have created nuclear weapons, they've tested them twice last year or
