Scientists and technology will never ever find a cure for aging and for death because

aging and death are caused by sin. Mankind's rebellion against God.

God is life and he is the source of life.

My fellow redeemed in Christ because we are so blessed and have such an abundance of food and drink, we hardly give them any thought, do we?

But of course that would change drastically if we had a severe shortage of food or water.

Indeed, if that was the case, each and every day of our lives would be consumed,

pardon the pun, consumed daily with finding food and water because we know without food and water we will die.

And so it is with Jesus Christ.

Without Jesus Christ, we will die.

Not just physically.

That's the easy part for people.

Without Jesus Christ, we will die eternally in hell.

You understand then, this means that Jesus Christ is more important than even food and water.

For a day will come when all the food and water in the world will not keep us alive.
