And the first episode we had was with Courtney Doherty on some of the adulterants she has been seeing in the Bronx,

as well as the perspective of someone

who actually deals with patients on the streets.

Part two, today I have Arnes Skullberg

talking about the opioid chain of survival

and then Nidazines as an adulterant.

And then part three will be on Thursday, and I'll have a toxicologist talking about

metatomodine as well as metatomedean withdrawal, which is probably the bigger issue.

And that will, as far as I know, conclude my delving into opioids.

Part three is really the true MCRIT, you you know, ED-critical care resuscitation slash

ICU-type stuff. But these first two episodes that I've made whee's, I've really enjoyed as well.

And I think you'll really love the interview today. We spend the majority of the time talking

about breeding compassion for opioid users and

overdoses and the opioid chain of survival. And then we talk some about Nidazines as a new

adulterant that's especially prevalent in Europe and Australia. But I'm sure it will come to

the United States eventually. And then look forward for episode three on Thursday.
