Today, we're going to discuss the Clover's trial.

I've already done like a Wee on it,

but I wanted to get in touch with Nate Shapiro,

the primary author of the study,

because first of all, Nate's incredible.

He's a master researcher.

You know, I've been doing stuff on sepsis forever

and just a buddy of mine

that I wanted to talk to about the trial.

But I think this trial is really important

and really powerful.

And it's a shame that I think it's going to get

kind of not given the import it deserves

because ostensibly it was a negative trial,

though I actually think it could be interpreted as a

incredibly useful positive trial

for establishing that two separate therapies,

both basically establish the same patient-important outcomes.

But, you know, I shouldn't really preface

with too much time me speaking

when we could just dive right in with Nate.
