First question, same as always, who are you and what do you do? It's great to be back.

I'm, my name's Andrew Petrosoniak. I guess I go by Petro and I'm an emerged doc and trauma doc

at St. Mike's in Toronto. And things that I enjoy thinking about are simulation. But what I

enjoy talking about clinically is MHP or Massive Hemorrhage protocols. And so I think that's what

we're going to get into today and appreciate the work you do. And thanks for having me on.
