And I wanted to get a true expert to discuss this topic. So we have Bilal Joseph. And he is a trauma surgeon. He is an endowed professor. I'll talk about all his accolades in just a bit. But he put out an amazing paper in the Journal of Trauma,

establishing facial injury guidelines. Now, if that fig sounds familiar in the world of trauma,

it's because they have already put out the big, the brain injury guidelines. And we'll surely

have him back on another show to discuss those because those are game-changing.

But he has put together a list of transfer criteria.

And you know, you could check out the study for all the background.

The multidisciplinary expert panel they assembled, the literature search, everything.

It's a fantastic paper.
