which you hear cases or, you know, non-medical world situations presented to experts.

And then you hear what they do.

But the key, the magic of shadow boxing, is that there's a pause where you stop to consider

what you would do.

And then you see how closely aligned you are with the experts or the alleged experts in this

case.

And see what you would have done differently.

And whether they're right or you still think you're right.

And so these are not complicated cases.

These are bread and butter resuscitation.

And yet what you'll find and what I continue to find is there's so much to talk about

in these bread and butter cases.

Now, shadow boxing is free for learners of all types that specifically made for learners

in the residency category and new attendings.

But I promise you, unless you're doing resusc as your main career every single day,

you will learn something from these shadow boxing episodes.
