Summary

I had SUCH an overwhelming response to the first episode of 2022 "Resolve to Love Yourself". Thank you. So, we pick up from our 'ditching New Years Resolutions' as I check in to see how you're doing AND I offer a few thoughts in continuing the conversation of Loving Ourselves; which even that can be a bit stressful in the process. 1:34.3

And you feel like you can't stop right now until you have accomplished those goals. You know, you want to be happier. You want to be more enlightened, more disciplined. I understand it's okay to

1:45.8

have goals, it's healthy even, as we have spoken about before. There's nothing wrong with wanting

1:51.1

to make goals and work towards them. When used in the right way, they can make your life feel

1:56.3

more meaningful, more fulfilling, but I wonder if there's a way to do that while still accepting the

2:02.6

way things are now, the way you are now. Can you meet yourself where you are instead of where

2:12.4

you wish you were? That is the question of the hour.

2:18.9

Can you meet yourself where you are instead of where you wish you were?
