Summary

Delve with us into the spiritual significance of endings. Kabbalah teaches that endings are not negative but can be opportunities for new beginnings. While its normal and natural to see end as a kind of death or loss, when we tap into our higher consciousness, we can more easily recognize the hidden opportunities for growth and expansion that lie on the other side of completion.  Discover best practices for navigating endings, such as being honest with oneself, avoiding regret and facing the unknown with excitement.

Good morning, everyone, good evening, good afternoon, wherever you are, and welcome to this week's weekly energy boost.

0:16.4

My name is Elie Sheva, and today Aiton and I are here talking to you about endings. And it comes at an

0:24.5

interesting time. Obviously, we just began 2025. 24 is just in our rearview mirror. And this week's

0:32.0

energy is really asking us to rethink our perception of what end means. And the cabalists are very

0:40.4

prolific about ends and beginnings, the importance of planting seeds at the right time,

0:47.8

the importance of harvesting those seeds at the right time. And that's very much what

0:52.5

weekly energy boost is all about. So this week,

0:55.8

even though many times we're talking about planting seeds, this is actually the week that we're

1:00.5

talking about understanding how to navigate endings, how to be able to objectively recognize

1:08.4

when something is run its course, when something needs to be wound down,

1:13.2

and how to shift the way we perceive those processes in our own minds and in our hearts,

1:18.3

and especially on a spiritual level. Weekly energy boost is a seven-day spiritual weather

1:23.8

forecast where we provide our listeners with the most powerful and practical tools

1:28.2

from the teachings of Kabbalah. We do that by looking through texts like the Zohar to help

1:34.8

inform what this week's energy and often this month's energy is about and every episode ends up

1:39.8

providing listeners with tools and wisdom you can use any week of the year, any year of your life.

1:46.1

And so as we enter this new year, even though it's not a Kabbalistic new year, it has an energy

1:52.6

of newness. Then here we have the biblical side, which is less related to time, less related to the calendar and more related to the measurement

2:04.7

of energy, the universe is telling us that this is an interesting or maybe optimal time

2:11.1

to examine our life to see where we're not perceiving endings in the right way, how to shift our perception of endings,

2:21.6

and how to identify when something is coming to an end. So on that note, Aiton, last week we had

2:28.3

Miriam Ashkenazi on the podcast and she was sharing with us all about what's new and upcoming in 2025.
