This is an interesting topic because we have written and talked so much about FOMO.

And so when I saw that you were writing about Jomo, it's like we've got to talk to her.

And so I guess first of all, can you start by explaining

to everyone what you mean by the joy of missing out? Yeah, so many people have heard of FOMO,

like you mentioned, and which stands for the fear of missing out. And that refers to this feeling

that we get often when we're on social media, scrolling through our friends' photos, where they look like they're having a great time. And we just get this feeling that we're on social media, scrolling through our friends' photos where they look like they're having a great time.

And we just get this feeling that other people are having better lives in us.

They're at cooler events.

They're spending their time in a more fun way.

And this can be really bad for our self-esteem, our anxiety.
