Because if you've created a lot of debt, you know how you get out of it?

You have to make enough in profit to service the debt, the mistakes of the past, and still run your business. So a price

increase may help you make up for the sins of the last 20 years. So be it. Somebody has to pay

and it's always the customer. So you're going to go line by line through assets, through liabilities, and then the

difference is equity and is equity represented properly? You talk to your account and you have

meetings between now and the end of the year, you could have rock and solid balance sheet.
