Teresa and I started this this time with exciting because this is my favorite time of

the year September and in September is when the energy shifts and we move into a spiritual new year and I am so excited about having a fellow way shower and colleague of mine and friend named Jan Burke from New Zealand,

who is also a spiritual educator with the Way Showers College.

And like myself, she's been working with the Way Showers College and like myself she's been working with the spiritual tools but she's been working with them for decades and so I'm so excited she's going to be here with me today sharing about the theme of the spiritual new year, the La Familia

Lefn Energy Pattern calendar that I share about every month and excitement of how we work with that on a regular basis.

And another cool commonality that Jan and I have is that she has her husband named Thomas,

just like mine, working alongside with hers, sharing spirituality and how to make it practical in the world.

So I'm so excited that Jan's here with me today, and so welcome Jan.

Yes, as Theresa said, I'm from New Zealand and I've been involved with Waysha College now for 30 odd years, you know, and every day I'm learning something and what I'm involved with at the moment particularly is energy, you know, because we are energy and so we're very sensitive. So how do we react or not to certain energies?

Yeah. I totally feel you, Jan, because as an energy being since we are all energy like you just said, I am everyday affected and have been my whole life to energies and not knowing what I'm feeling every day and how to master that has really

is thrown me off my whole life. I oftentimes call myself in the past a hot energetic

mess. So I am really excited about these spiritual tools that we offer our

clients through T&T SpiritW.com, through the Wayshores College, in understanding how to master their energy and work with it on a day-to-day

basis.
