1:30.2	So I want to, I want to quickly touch on where the name embrace the pivot came from because you said you talk to an interview women who are in that pivotal place in their life.
1:45.2	So how have you embraced the pivot?
1:48.2	So I want to say embrace the pivot came from my former editor at Forbes and when we were thinking about what my expertise was.
1:59.2	That was such a heavy question because at the time I was working in sports marketing and there's thousands of people working in sports marketing.
2:07.2	So I didn't feel like the expert in that.
2:09.2	So I really had a dig deep in what I found was I was really good at failing forward.
