There is a conversation happening about the younger generation where there is an entitlement or demand energy towards, okay, this is my first year in this job, you know, out of college, two years out.

limited time off so there's multiple factors of course parents is one of them the

parenting philosophy is of the generation that was a big part of it. You know when you and I got in trouble at school

Our parents said what did you do now? If a lot of people get in trouble at school now their parents say what's wrong with your teacher right now I got suspended right you know I was like punished for right weeks right you know again sometimes it is the school the teacher but there's bad kids too

You know where kids do stupid things.

Social media is part of it because we're constantly comparing. My sister had

somebody who worked for her back in a previous job and he walked into her

office and said, can you give me a promotion? And my sister is like,

you know we're to own, right?

And he's like, well, hold on, no, no, no, you don't have to give me the additional responsibility

and I don't even need a salary raise,

I just need the new title so I can put it on

LinkedIn so my friends can see. Holy cow after what like a few months whatever it was

but it was really about the display the display so it became one of those
