| 2:10.3 | and maybe appropriately dosed nitroglycerin. There's been a few observational studies suggesting |
| 2:16.6 | safety at higher doses and personally I have safety at higher doses, and personally, |
| 2:18.6 | I have been using higher doses, but this year we had our first RCT. |
